Payment: E-transfer, or Credit Card payment is required in full before delivery. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Security Deposits: Vaild drivers licence or Photo ID and Credit Card Required
Damages & Lost Equipment:

• Renters must sign a waiver assuming the responsibility of the equipment. Those under 18 years of age must have a signed consent from a parent or guardian.
• Any damaged, lost or stolen gear will be charged to the renter at full retail price for replacement and/or repairs.
  ****Please treat our equipment with respect (as if it were your own) to avoid any additional charges.****

Cancellation & Early Return Policy:
We try and remain as understanding, flexible and fair as possible with regard to cancellations.
Please note that our policy is such that a 72 hour cancellation notice is required in order to avoid any charges.
Within 72 hours, there is a 50% charge on all cancellations.
Less than 24 hours notice or no shows will be charged the full rental rate.
*** Depending on conditions, credit for future rentals may be offered
Right of Refusal: Lily Pad Paddle Boarding reserves the right to refuse rental in cases where we -- at our sole discretion --feel there would be an unreasonable danger to the individual, any other person or our equipment as a result of, but not limited to: Suspected intoxication; verbal or physical abuse of staff; physical ability; adverse weather conditions; or perceived erratic behavior.
Liability Waiver:​

• As paddling involves inherent risk, all renters over 18 years will be required to sign a release of liability waiver. 
• Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• Paddle boarding is a water sport, you must know how to swim.

.After Hours Pick-up & Returns:

• Fees apply from the reservation start time.
• Late rental returns will be charged at a rate of $20/ hour. Exceptions may be made due to unsafe paddling conditions.
• Rental reservations are rain or shine - exceptions may be made due to unsafe paddling conditions
• After hours pick-up or return must be prearranged in advance and may incur additional charges
• No refund for early returns.

Delivery & Pick-up:

• Deliveries and special pick-up arrangements may be available at an additional charge.
• Prior arrangements for pick-up and deliveries must be made at the time of booking.
• Unless otherwise agreed to in advance, all returns and pick-ups must be done during regular business hours.
